I was testing my ancient Weston Master exposure meter after recalibrating, and tried it out on the old stained glass windows (now glassless) in incident light mode.
The camera's meter was making a nonsense of the exposure, but the Weston seemed to handle it quite well.

What model number of your exposer meter? Are you going to use it regulary?

Its a Weston Master V, I have had it for twenty odd years, but it lost its accuracy a couple of years ago. My research tells me that Selenium "wears out" or degrades over time. There used to be a couple of firms who were able to recalibrate, but this became uneconomic as the Westons disappeared over time.
I bought a couple from Ebay, took them all apart and used what I thought were the best bits from each, rebuilt and now the meter is working like new again.
I keep promising myself to buy a Sekonic Flashmeter, but I can't let the Weston go. My meter is old, my camera is old, I am old, it all fits together somehow.

I have very old Seconic 38, but I have not used it for a long time. I think I have to try it. BTW my meter has zero adjustment screw.

The Westons also have an adjustment screw, but this one was at maximum and needed more.
If Selenium is kept in the dark, it's sensitivity will last much longer than if constantly exposed to bright light.
Neat structure! You captured it well, Searcher!
