This is Anthony, striking a classic pose inspired by the fine work of art in the background. I spent many hours sitting in my living room hoping for this shot to happen and it finally did when I actually had my camera in hand. Taken with my Lumix FZ70. The camera was brand new and inadvertently set to overexpose, so a little bit of PP was done.

Thanks, dand. I'm trying to make a habit of not letting my camera get too far away from me.

Thank you, Linda. I've been doing a lot of shooting lately and am still wrestling with PSE13. When I develop a good workflow I hope to post a lot more.

What did you have before PSE 13? I'm wondering how different it is (or isn't) from PSE 12...just in case I have to upgrade :)

13 is my first processing program ever. I have 2 books on the subject and they keep me confused. The local adult ed teacher I took a class with is still using 6. I think I read somewhere that 12 and 13 are not much different. My biggest problem is loading pictures into the catalog. They just seem to randomly go anywhere and everywhere, especially the ones from the Lumix. It's been a crazy busy summer and I just can't seem to pin down enough time.

Thanks, Dennis. I didn't even install the catalog. I use my own filing system, folders with names like "Summer 2015" with subfolders inside (birds, landscapes, etc). Much, much easier :)

That's exactly what I've been doing for years when I only shot JPEG's. I didn't know I had a choice with the PSE catalog. It has it's place if I can get it under control. As always, thanks for your constructive comments.
