The children called them fairies...

...when we were very young.
Haven't done the research to find out what it is but they are VERY small.
The photo is not what I hope to eventually get, but it is all I've gotten so far.

Very cool!

Perhaps try a darker exposure to bring more detail to the whites. Must be very hard to focus on those tiny, flitting creatures :)

Thanks. With all the hustle going on right now, I barely have time to "shoot them" so identification may take a bit longer. Really hope I can get something better soon.

Almost always "in haste."

Lots of Christmas tree farms in this area so I'm guessing this is the scourge I've been hearing about.
