I just recently got interested in trying HDR. However, it seems the FZ35 will not do bracketing in RAW mode. Am I not reading the manual correctly??

I'm not familiar with the Panasonic, but my Canon 6D will only do HDR in camera if I take pictures in jpg. It will not do HDR in raw.

Likewise with my Fiji cameras and Lumix cameras. For HDR they only shoot in jpeg

Ready to be wrong, but in-camera HDR is a function that takes place in the image processing engine. Raw does not get processed through the image processing engine. Hence Jpeg only.
