White Mountains Weekend

Just got back last night from the White Mountains and visiting the Bristlecone forest again. Some of these scenic sunsets were shot with the 150-600 Sig Sport.

It was 95 during the day, then the thunder and hail would move in and cool things off. We made it to almost 12,000ft elevation. It was gorgeous.

The bird is a Black-throated Gray warbler. It was a new one on my list. Shot at about 8,600ft ele.

Great set. The storms sure added drama, and the bristlecones shot is wonderful.
