Ok, now some stores must not want customers to come if they can't even relax outside waiting for a ride or someone else to come shop with them that is parking a vehicle.

Unless that thing is attached to the wall it's gonna throw you off. All I see is two little legs in the dead center of it.

That's not the smartest design for a bench I've ever seen but it may have some art value to someone who understands it.

Appears to be solidly (?) anchored in two holes in the brick/stone, but still not a good design. Too much stress centered on the legs and they're too close together. Still, interesting photo.
