Yikes. Can't believe I'm saying this bought the d7200 wife said why not the d750 so I changed orders in transit. So now I own the d750.

Now what. Can't believe it's been 2 weeks and didn't insert cards yet. Reviewing manual and pushing buttons. Almost as if I'm afraid to start. Dang I have it now let me have some fun

Sunday I took d5000 to beach. Can't get d750 dirty yet for goodness sake. I need to get over the hump and just be happy. I got the d750 for goodness sake

Wow, gotr, Take some photos and post them. My friend has a D750 and loves it, and he does use it. So put a card in it and take some photos.

Right! Can't rush these things. You might get a speck of dust on that thing of beauty. Hope you have charged the battery by now. Are you still sleeping with it? I would be.

It's just another camera, use it as your D5000, what's the different? You have to start to use it to learn it's function!
Congratulations and good luck!

That's like buying a Corvette just to keep your garage full!
Providing you have an FX lens for it, get out and shoot! It will amaze you!!!

You have to give credit though, for going out to get an Impala
and coming home with the Corvette.

How can one be in possession of a 750 for two weeks and not put a card in it?

Exactly. I'd be playing hooky.

Calls in: "Hello. I have the flu.... It started with gas...."

My wife accepts my other wives; the D750 and the E-M1. But they're all jealous of my mistresses; the D7100, E-M5, and GH3. I tell them they're not good enough to marry. Now we're all happy.

Good choice and good wife. Don't rush into it. Order a screen protector for the LCD screen. I wanted Zagg, which I've used on everything, but couldn't find one, so I got another brand. I don't know the brand, but I don't like it. Try to find Zagg.

Look at CreativeLive for an excellent course on the D750. It's gone from $29 to $34, and will soon cost $49.
