Just for Fun ...
Was outside late yesterday (after it had cooled down to a bearable level) playing with my Nikon Coolpix P510 ... my backup camera whenever I go out and the one I use when around the house. Took a quick handheld snap of the moon, did a bit of enlargement and color modification in LR6 CC and got the picture you see here. Again, was just putzin' around - not meant to be anything other than an experiment to see what I could do as I learn LR6 - but kind of like it I think ... maybe ... probably ... :)
This is a screen capture which is only about 180K or so ... still trying to figure out LR6 cropping and maintaining size perspective.
Lower part of the moon with enlargement, contrast and sharpening

Nice. It is fun to experiment every once and a while. It gets your creative juices going....Rich

Thanks for the comment Rich. Need to find a good local (college?) course on LR6 ... LOTS of potential but would like guidance the first time or two as that's the way I learn best.
Appreciate it!

I myself don't use LR6. I use PSE 11 and Topaz. Here is a photo I took 6400 ISO with my Canon 7D in Jpeg and it seems that most people have a lot of trouble with this high of an ISO but with Topaz DeNoise it works pretty good for me....Rich
I have PSE 12 and Topaz, actually ... if I get time today I'll try that combination and see what I can do.
Thanks for the info!
