I hope the camera was moved so the ball didn't hit it. I love that action shot as well as the mountain shot.

I like the choc. Eagle effect. The last one is very nice-the best one. The children look a little on the light side. And the AM photo seems slightly out of focus. All in all though, I think you did a good job.

The post processing on the eagles destroy the picture, IMO.

Puget sound could use some help.

Action shot is right on.

"AM in the San Jauns" is weird. What is this black thing on the top left? In any case, it is a miss.

OR coast is good.

Overall... Revise your PP technique and vision.

The first twe are gorgeous and elicited an "OH WOW" from me. I especially favor them.

Thanks English Wolf for your comments. A whole new look at PP is needed. I'm learning some of that here. However I don't fully, if at all, understand your comment on "vision" a critical part of what we are doing here. I would greatly appreciate further comment for clarification. I don't wish to assume anything. Again, thanks for your thoughts and comments.

IMHO, the last photo of the OR Coast is the keeper of the bunch.

What I call vision is you manner to see what is front of you. On this only you know what is right or wrong. There some aspect that are common when it comes to that and while you already have a god start you need to pay attention to details and possibly broaden your horizon, literally.

The boat is a good example. You have a perfect scene here yet you select to include a part of the coast line. This is fine. What looks strange (to me) is the expense of water you allow into your picture...

Too show you what I mean and I modified that picture to pull out some color and give a new 'perspective'. Remember that I am a 'panorama guy', meaning I do not see as many folks do. I will post the modification after you allow me too.

Too many pics - less is better and it's part of the craft to learn how to cull (as they say these days) or edit (if your old school) your images to show your best.

On the eagles ... when you remove the background like that .... to avoid the hard lines around the edges ... if you use the blur tool around the edges it makes it easier on the eyes to look at.

If I ever again get the nerve to post one of my photos on here, again, I hope EW is on a long sabbatical where there are no interwebs! lol

Nothing like a picture to make a point. And you did and I hear you. Thanks for taking the time to explain EW. The Pic looks pretty good doesn't it? I knew there was something there.
