I got an email invitation to join the United States Strategic Team. This is a new one for me.
I am invited to send a paragraph for consideration.
A quick google search reveals that they will eventually send me a zip file which will install something nasty on my computer. No rest for the wicked, I guess.
Also got an invitation from the "Expert Dreamers" which is part of the Strategic Team, I guess. If I want to attend their meeting I have to download their moonrise calculator because meetings are always held during full moons. Who comes up with this crap?

It's been some time since I've opened anything from my Spam folder. But this one looked different than the usual. Sometimes my real email gets flagged as spam by gmail.
Scary thing is this one has much better grammar then the usual crap.

A lot of that stuff is such bad English it is funny, but if the grammar and vocabulary are text book perfect that is also a clue it is probably phoney. Except for a few professors and fanatics, no one uses perfect English.
