Of all the Caribbean islands and Hawaiian islands this is my favorite snorkeling spot. I know divers love it too.

Scubadoo,
Welcome to the forum, I will have to check with the management as to why this is not listed. By the way great shots, see you used a housed camera, all of mine were taken with Nikonus Vs.

I just noticed I made the comment about Bonaire but I didn't tell how great those shots were. I've got one of brain coral that could probly be the same one.

Glad to see you back George.

Great underwater shots Scubadoo. Bonaire is an underwater paradise isn't it. I was there in the 80's, before jets could land and just a couple of hotels. When you drove thru town everyone would stop and wave. Good memories. 8-)

Bmac,Thank you and yes Bonaire is a very nice place. I would have loved to go there back then, not having a airport to cater to the big planes just adds to the adventure...I am going to Little cayman in July and was kinda disappointed to hear they paved over their dirt runway!

Yeah, progress...oh well. One of the things I remember most about Bonaire was that there were so many parrotfish on the reef that you could hear them all chomping the coral underwater. The yellowtailed snappers seemed like pets they were so tame. Hey Scubadoo, keep posting your underwater shots but be cautious under there. :)
