Try visiting Ha-Ha-Tonka State Park. I think it's close to Camdenton. It's definitely work a visit.

Thank you everybody. If you see me at any of these places be sure to say hi. I don't see any other photographers toting around 2 Canon 1d bodies, a monopod, and lens pouches around the waist. So I wont be that hard to pick me out of a crowd.
I only buy lenses that are at least as fast as a 2.8. I have a 16-34, 24-70, 70-200 w 1.4 extender. 100 macro. One of the cameras is a full frame the other a 1.3 crop.
Is there any other lens you nature photographers would say not to leave home without?

Your uses may be different to mine ... but ....
Low light standard - 35 or 50mm F/1.4, or 85mm F/1.2
Length - if F/2.8 is your limit then its probably the 400mm F/2.8 in one of its incantations, not sure if you want to spend that much though. But if the 200mm F/2.8 with a 1.4X was ok then maybe the 500mm F/4 is acceptable as well.
Galaxy work, then either the Rokinon 14mm F/2.8 and/or the Canon or Rokinon 24mm F/1.4
