A few months back we visited Yosemite, while doing so we passed through Oakhurst and there in a parking lot was this carving of the Statue of Liberty.

Just to be a grouch: I would have tried to take the shot from a point that would not have the left flagpole directly next to the torch; so there was a small gap between. That way it would be less of a distraction.

If that wall is 5 feet then that had to be 25 feet tall.
Not easy to get the whole thing in a photo.
Reminds me of trying to get those Saguaro cactus
in a shot over in Arizona.

California seems to love its local sculpture. My father lived in Auburn. Loved those lurid concrete nudes outside a dentist's office. Crazy stuff but lots of fun.
