No......I thought by crediting him it was legally okay. Am I wrong? Let me know, and I will ask the admin to take it down.

You say you gave him credit. Is his name Jim Neighbors by any chance. It's not a crime just not proper. But then he gave you the picture and you didn't try to take credit. I am sure you will give him half the monies you made posting it on th UHH.

Your neighbor just might be flattered that you liked his shot enough to share it with all your UHH friends. You didn't include a download file so it isn't likely to go further than this site and as you said, you explained that it wasn't your photo. My guess is you are fine. I enjoyed the shot although it doesn't seem like a great spot for a wedding.

It was very interesting the way he explained it.......they actually had a cowboy wedding out in the mountains of Colorado. Hitched out in the open under that little canopy you see, the reception was in a barn on a working ranch, the whole enchilada!
