Duck, Duck, Peacock?

Anyone know if this is female peacock? I thought it was a wild turkey at first, but on second look, I really don't think so.

I think it is a Turkey. Female Peacocks still have a "crown" on their head I think.

I really think it's a turkey. The only thing that doesn't look right is the head and beak which look to small for a turkey lol. I googled pictures of female peacocks and they still do have some bluish feathers around their necks and they go all the way up to their head and their heads are also covered with feathers and have some sticking straight up off the top of their head.

That is a Turkey. I have seen peacocks since my park has them and don't recall seeing one like that.

I think the first two photos are ducks, but I could be wrong. The last photo looks like a turkey. Gooble Gobble. 8-)

No such bird as a female peacock. They are called peahens. And your picture is of a turkey hen.

Bueaty is in the eye of the beholder. Personally, they all have too many feathers on them to suit me. I prefer mine plucked and stuffed!

It's a turkey for sure !! I have shots of a pea hen with and without chicks if you want me to post them.
