Tamron Tailgate Tour -- Has anyone attended one of these?

They had it in Vegas last Saturday, this is the fourth year i've been to it. Good talks, good lunch sandwiches and good sales on their lenses. You can try out any lens they make, be sure to take your camera.

I've never been to one either, but I checked the link and found that there's one across the river in St. Louis in August. I've never been to the store it's coming to, but it's a competitor of my local overpriced one not ten minutes from home.

I was at one in Rockford last summer. It is worth attending. You get to use all the Tamron lenses on your brand of camera. Also a seminar, very informative. They give all a goodie bag. It is a lot of fun. GO!!!!
I believe there are other drawings also. Also food.

No. At that time I was more interested in working on my degree (which never did much good). I wasn't really into photography at that time. I went to the Rockford Speedway quite often, though.
