$349 for an upgrade is ridiculous. I'll pass on this one.

Try the Beta version free 60 days, or 30 days when ready to ship.

Maybe I'll become a student. It would be less expensive to sign up for a course and then get the student price. I'll wait till it's released and see what it has to offer. CS5 has been working for me.

I signed up for a course when I purchased the Adobe CS 4 Creative Suite. I needed InDesign for a project I was working on..Photoshop CS4 was included in the package. The whole bundle cost me $300 as a student. I upgaded from that to PS CS5 for $200. Although they tell you you can't upgrade a standalone from a suite...I called support and they gave be some code numbers to force it to install.

How do you know that since CS6 hasn't been released yet? Rumor?

Rumor had it that Lightroom 4 would be more expensive than it actually was when it was released.

Some fellow "entertainment lawyers" say $199.00 download, $225 DVD. Add $50 for extended. We hope lower.
Do not forget Amazon, no shipping, many states, no tax.

Translate "entertainment lawyers" to patient/copyright attorneys.
Consider me as medical malpractice attorneys. Consider us also photographer.

PS6 BETA has a "buy" splash screen with pricing. I don't make this stuff up!

I get the "buy" screen, but it is for CS 5 Extended, which is what I now have.
