I,recently subscribed to the cloud and all of my NIK plugins are gone. They were in the filters menu in Cs6 but I can't seem to get them in the cloud version. I have a MacBook Pro 2011 version. I have tried a few things but nothing works. Somebody just put me out of my misery and tell me what to do. PS- don't assume I know anything. Thanks!

Re download and install again. Make sure PS and LR are closed when you do. All of us had to do this. It's not hard, and if you have to contact the companies they are well familiar with this syndrome. It'll be fine! Post again if you have problems.

Just contact NIK and they will give you a link to reinstall. You can do this all on line and be done in a few minutes.
