RR, How do you do your B/W? Shoot in B/W or use processing? Is there a quality difference?

I do mine several different ways. This one was just a simple use of Lightroom preset - converted from color image. I also have a strictly BW program which I like. Sometimes I take the colored image, desaturate and go from there adding filters. I can't answer the "quality" question. I just do it till I like it.
