All in all a pretty good example of bad exposures. Some good comps, the exposures made them snapshots. Tough light conditions like that leave you little choice but to do what birds in flight people have to do....over expose the background in order to bring the subject in.

Spot metering vs matrix metering may help also. #13 & #14 nice action shots.
