I am looking for recommendation of software to make slide show on Mac.
This software should allow:
1 Shuffle slides
2 Add music
3 Add text to slides
4 Add voice to slides
5 After finish slide show and made DVD that can play on Mac and window.
Have you looked at FotoMagico?
http://boinx.com/fotomagico/I haven't used it myself (Lightroom does most of what you're looking for), but it may be worth looking into.
You might also look into Keynote, Apple's own presentation software ($20 in the App Store).

It's worth a try to see if iMovie will do it before you spend money elsewhere, it has more sophisticated slide show options than most people realize. I used to use it all the time for work but haven't done anything with it in the past year so can't vouch for latest version if it's been updated since then.
I think shuffling slides and burning to DVD might be mutually exclusive. That would require a A DVD player routine that could randomize or shuffle clips.
You could probably accomplish most of your task using a combination of third party apps and iMovie.
The closest solution I know is iFunia, currently on sale in the App Store. It allows captions but not adding text to slides. You could preprocess the slides in PS, Elements or you favorite editor to include the text, then drop them into iFunia.
Proshow is only for PC, but now I think you can use it online. Check it out. It's a wonderful slide show creator. I used it for work on a PC.
IMovie will do everything that you are asking for then make your dvd with Idvd.

I put my images into iPhoto and then view them on my Sony 60 inch 4k with apple tv. Works great. Don't know about the DVD part, though.

 Fotomagico fan here. I've tried others, but always return to Fotomagico.

You can do all of that using iMovie.

I suggest that the slideshow application also give you the ability to:
1. Easily synchronize music and other audio to the video. For precision, the application should be able to display the audio waveforms in the timeline.
2. Immediately preview your work. Some slideshow applications must take time to render the show before viewing.
3. Export to several formats in addition to making DVDs (e.g. YouTube).

Use "Photos" in Mac free software. It will do all the above.

Your Mac will do all of this already except voices. Just click on "slideshow" at the bottom in the middle.

If you use iMovie you can add voiceover.
