Generally in Macro you want the subject in focus and the rest out of focus. Try giving yourself a little more DoF to get the entire flower in focus.
There are many others that can give you better and more in depth suggestions than mine.

Re-post the images with the EXIF info available by selecting the "store original" box. That way we can enlarge the image as well as view the EXIF info to give you some pointers...
