Broken Hearts in Davenport

Hi all my friends.
I didn't know where to put this but needed to put my thoughts somewhere.
My 39 year old son Craig died today of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He left behind a wife, Jen, a son, Tylor, the photographer and a daughter Allysa, that just this Friday graduated from 8th grade.
We were with him a good part of the day. He played in two softball games today, in which I got some amazing shots. For some reason, his image was in most of my photos I took at the ballpark.
The photo below is from our first boat ride of the season last weekend.
I don't know how I am going to cope with this........I just can't understand!

Rick, I don't know the words to help right now. Just know that all your friends here do care and are here to support you in any way. I am so very sorry for the loss you and your family has suffered.

Sorry for your loss. These things are very hard to understand. I have lived through two suicides in my family but I thank God neither was one of my kids. May God be with you Rick and the rest of your family.

It is a world filled with both happiness and sadness. Sometimes the sadness seems to out weigh the good parts. Your family all around you are feeling the same way. You can be their strong person and support them. This will help you get through your pain and help everyone around you who are still here and desperately need someone strong to lean on right now. Take care, prayers to you and your family. I hope the tide of hurt recedes for you.

rick,my deepest condolences to and your family.i have friends who have suffered this loss with their children but its kept out of the media,because our government don't want it known how common this problem of mental health really is,,,,,,,,I again feel for you and your family,,,best wishes,,,regards ringo
