The masked man works for a government agency and he has gone on to the island to k**l the woman who has a contagious disease (which has already k**led her husband),the man is spared prosecution.

Off hand, I'd guess at the island being England. The masked man an executioner, and the husband is the king.

Obama's wife has energetically performed her duties as FIRST LADY and done some real good for people.
