I purchased a refurbished Sony Zeiss 16-70 f4 E OSS for my new a6000, but it arrived minus the lens hood. I've ordered several hoods from eBay and other outlets that were "supposed to work just fine," but none of them work!
The original part number for that lens hood is ALC-SH127, but I can't find one anywhere (Adorama, B&H, Sony, KEH, etc.) Some say that particular number is no longer sold in the USA.
If anyone has a spare hood for this lens I will gladly pay whatever you want; and to show my appreciation I'll include flowers for the ladies and a box of ammo for the guys!

You will come out cheaper buying a generic hood that will slip over the end of the lens.
You can get them in most sizes starting at around $10 on Amazon.

Thanks, Cholly, but all the ones I've tried produce extreme vignetting at the wide end (16mm). I'm looking for a petal type hood that doesn't screw in. I understand the original one for this lens just rotates and snaps into place.

It will need to be short for sure.
What is the filter size on that lens?
I've purchased a couple hoods that fit OVER the lens and have adjustment screws to tighten in on.
There is also the possibility of buying a rubber hood that you can trim to the size and shape needed to prevent vignetting.
GOOD LUCK!
