I had numerous non-DSLR over the years beginning with the Olympus D500 L and D600 L, probably more than I can remember.

My first DSLR 13 years ago was a Fuji S2 and went on to:

D70
DX2
D90
D300
D700
D7100
and even
Canon 20D
5D II

Every one of them was a winner.

Currently with D800E and D810.

Edit: I left out the D40x.

Gave the D70 away and sold all the others.

You're right. You win a..hole. I just LOVE pointless comments in the forum--just taking up bandwidth.

The camera purchases will be more enjoyable if you buy a lens so you can actually take a picture. 8-)

Want to really experience GAS? Look at Leicas. I sold my Harley Davidson V-ROD to fund my Monochrom and lenses.

It takes awhile to get the rhythm of this forum. You jumped in when you should have waited to figure it out. Let me help:

a. he is admitting he has a problem buying gear (constant upgrades)
b. others are chiming in because they know exactly what that feels like
c. you just pooped on everyone

There are quite a few bantering posts on this forum...best to just stay out of the ones that don't tickle your fancy.

I take it that you also had an extensive list of lens for each body or at least lens that were multi body usage. Also would think several classes on how to do photography have been attended, Please post the best 4 or 5 images accomplished.

Confucius say: Better to be silent and thought a fool, than to open mouth and remove all doubt.

Seems to fit so many reresponses on this forum at times.

I love it. Even after two years and thousands of images it remains new, exciting and an absolute pleasure to use. The Monochrom, a 35 or 50mm lens with a yellow or orange filter on the lens and a neutral density and extra battery in my pocket is really all I need for most photo walks.

You are making this junkie very twitchy....I used an M 240 for about a week with several lenses and it was gorgeous.
