True enough but I only included California because the sign only included Texas and California seems to be the hardest hit according to Jerry Brown. To be accurate the sign should have been the Southern Plains states - Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico. They were all experiencing drought conditions but now are being deluged with incessant rainfall. A state of emergency was declared in 44 Oklahoma counties. Heard at least one person drowned in Oklahoma.
