Early morning fox.
We have a mom and two youngsters that have been coming through around 6 AM on occasion. Two barked and took off, this one waited for me to grab a camera.
Nosy! (Not too bad of a download.)

Beautiful! Looks like you painted this :)
Thank you for looking. Not very clear, but kind of exciting to get anything in the shaded early AM.

That's different. We have them around here at the shore in a state park; but I've not seen them around houses.
Not too common here either!

DaveO, neat picture of the fox, and enjoyable story. I always enjoy viewing special pictures like this fox picture, especially when there is a neat story too. You did great, thanks for sharing. Tejaswrangler :)
That's a beautiful pose, and great color.

Good capture Dave.
I appreciate your remarks! I see that we have some of the same arsenal. I picked up the D7100 figuring my wife would use the D7000,but she's not so inclined as of yet. Nice to have two cameras that are pretty much interchangeable,it allows me to have two very different lenses very quickly.
When we travel it is a luxury to be quick, particularly in areas like Yellowstone or at our frequent family gatherings.
I'm trying to spend more time working with variations in the "triangle" and improve my low light shots. The 55-300 f4 is what it is,so we'll see! Christmas is coming.... :-) :-)
