After reading that I maintain my position about Google. I never trust Google and avoid it where possible.

Good article so far as it goes. What about, Flicker, Facebook, Instagram, 500pix, etc?

The wary user will slog through the TOS before committing to a service. Count me as wary.

However many people simply trust that everything will be ok and leave it at that. Truth is very few people will have any issues with their photos being used by a service and some will even be flattered if their photos are used for promotional purposes.

Thanks for posting this. It does make me more willing to use a cloud service. But Google, no, not a chance!
