Photos with a Canon 70-200mm

Here are a couple of photos taken with the Canon 70-200mm f/2.8 lens. The color rendition and contrast is very appealing to me. The day at the Lincoln Zoo was quite cool and overcast- there were not many people there so the animals were very calm.

These are great Harold. You have used the bokeh ability of the lens to your advantage. :thumbup:

Arguably the best lens that Canon ever made. I have the MK II version and love it.

From my experience, the f/2.8 II is much better than the f/4 version, if you can put up with the weight.
The f/4L IS USM was my favorite until I got the f/2L IS USM version.

For me and my use, I feel it is 'twice' as good. The color rendition and contrast is far better, the ability to AF in lower light, and the great performance when using the Canon 1.4x teleconverter.

that blue on the first pic is awesome, there all good, number 1 for me
