Belongs in the gallery. But it would be better if the horse was entirely in the frame. And maybe clone out the blue barrel, its distracting as well.

Horse has a post growing out if his head in addition to the barrel and amputated tail.

I like your picture, nice capture of the horse in motion. One thing Iv'e learned from critiques is that it has trained me more and more to think of the composition before I shoot. That is probably more difficult with a horse as I have heard from others they are actually very difficult to photograph.
