Has anyone had dealings with Spencer's Camera of Alpine Itah?
Somehow I sent them a camera for IR conversion before seeing some negative reports on the web. Now I'm concerned.

UPDATE: Despite fears aroused by a web search and BBB ratings. The camera just got back. It appears the work was fine well. I have the impression it is a one person show operating from a private residence and the technical skills are may be greater than the business and customer contact skills. The website quotes a typical 10 turnaround. If it read 30 days I think customers would get less stressed.
