Hello all, my name is Philip and I hail from a tiny Eastern Texas town, out in the Piney Woods. My nearest town (of 600) is 12 miles away and we have to travel an hour to get to any good-sized cities. Anyway...
I spent 21 years in the U.S. Air Force as a photojournalist, traveling all over the world taking photos and writing stories about how wonderful the Air Force was. A pretty nice job.
Now I run my own studio and do mostly weddings, parties, reunions and family portraits. Being so rural, business is slow, but it fits in nicely with my retirement. I would like to be a regular contributor and maybe I can pass on I learned. Get in touch with me here if you want my Email addy.

Welcome. You will find this a very friendly site with helpfull people and some darn good photographers. What I like most about this site is how easy it is to post photographs. Post away we all would love to see your work. By the way is it true that the stars shine bright dark at night deep in the heart of TEXAS?
