Wow, those are really good
I LOVE Air shows. I agree w/ ggiaphotos, they are really good. Must have had something to do with me being in the USAF before.
Thanks for sharing! :)

Glad you like them --- still have more to post another day.
I love to watch the military precision flying teams. They have awesome control and concentration skills. Must say though the Blue Angels have the best color scheme!
Very good captures!

Thank you for the compliments on the images.
It's also nice to hear from another vet --- were you in a flight status? How long did you serve and where?

Same here!
No, I worked on them, no flight status.
I was in from 74-78, served over half that in Bitburg, Germany. Separating at Holloman AFB.
I would have gone career, but couldn't get command to guarantee a short duty assign on re-up. I wanted instructor duty for 4 years @ Keesler AFB.
planepics
Loc: St. Louis burbs, but originally Chicago burbs
I have some Fat Albert pics too. Mind if I add them?
Great pics.
I'm x Navy 1951-1955, stationed at Pensacola with the
Blues so they are my favorites.
Send more pics if you can.

I was an aircrew instructor for almost four years at the Naval Air Reserve Training Unit (NARTU) NAS Alameda,CA. After that, I joined the ready reserve and drilled with VP 91, at NAS Moffett Field, Sunnyvale, CA. where I was a flight engineer on P3 Orion aircraft.
