well, yesterday the new john deere was delivered. we had a 210 and loved it. it's only drawback was when putting the mower deck on, you have to get down on your hands and knees and reach back under to connect. hard for us, now that we are older, so we bought the new one with the ride over deck. my husband is in heaven, but it rained so he couldn't cut grass. these are of the salesman demonstrating the ride over. our old one was a 2003. has been a trusted friend for many years. hope the new one does as well.

What a great gift, John Deere has a fantastic reputation, but I don't have to tell you that. I used to love to cut the grass but unfortunately bad knees and hip make it impossible now. Everybody thought I was crazy because I looked forward to this chore every week. But I liked having a nice yard. Good luck with your new toy.

I know he will love it the more he uses it. One recommendation is to remove the bucket for mowing as it will give you an easier turning radius. There are 2 pines to pull out and lower the loader and back away and just as easy to reconnect. Enjoy the new Deere.

very cute idea Carlo. our old one was a 2003. he had to talk me into that one, but what a workhorse it was. I know we will love this one as well.
