I'm a gymnastics photographer in the Tampa Bay area and would like to swap information with other gymnastics photographers. If you have any cool gymnastics poses or any great action photos with unique angles, please share and also include settings (ISO, Shutter speed and F- stop)

Really nice shots!! Could you say what lense you use? I don't have any really fast lenses and I just learned that you can't use flash. I used a 28-135 3:5-5:6 on this photo, 5:6 at 3200. I do have a 100 2:8 macro without IS, would that work?
