Sigma 150-600 Sport finally arrived!!!

I've been waiting for months for this and today I found box on front door step when I came home from work. I am including first photo's with new lens right out of the box (no PP except convert from raw to jpeg). Ordered from C&H Photo in La Jolla, California. Using Nikon D800E on tripod. The Scrub Jay in my backyard at 7:30pm was very cooperative.

Were these shot at 600mm? What aperture and shutter speed did you use? Did you need to fine tune auto focus?

Thanks', mine is coming from B&H at the end of this month. Did you need to do a auto-focus fine tune, or were you able to shoot it on your D800e out of the box?

Out of box for now. I have the usb dock and will play with that later. That first shot was using AF.
