This is a great way to go. It's a faster than an external hard drive. You can use two hard drives. You don't have to mount or install it in your computer. It's a hard drive docking bay. I've found this very handy and easy to use. I'm hooked up by a SATA port.

I was introduced to their products when I managed a computer store in Monterey, CA more years ago than I care to remember and have never had a reason to not recommend them. This one looks interesting.

It's very easy to use and all you need are the bare hard drives. I use the SATA port instead of the USB port. It's an easy way to use multiple hard drives for storage and backup. With today's new cameras which use large files, this is a great way to go.
