Thanks so much Angela. I always appreciate you looking in and commenting. After a trail tour today I went to a retention pond on the downstream side of the dam and saw the first damselflies of the season for the county. And so it begins.......

Hey Tex, always appreciate hearing from you my friend. Dragon and damsel season is just ramping up here in southeastern PA. It's been a long hard winter. Thanks again for the kind comment and have a great day!

Well John the identifying is just the former educator coming out. I'm really working on photography and not just the recording of the species for the survey. I'm glad you enjoyed them.

I'm glad you liked them. I'm going to try for some more artistic and macro shots this flight season. I'll get what we call the record shots and if they hang around I'll try for something a little different. Thanks for taking the time to look in.

Thanks Paula. Some of them are very colorful. The Emeralds and a few others have the most beautiful electric green eyes. They do however, have a face only a mother could love.
