An afternoon of shooting in the rain. The beauty of these tulips more than compensated for a cold rain down the neck. C and Cs are welcome. Please view the download.

These are really beautiful and need to be downloaded to appreciate the detail.

I have a file called "Flowers in the Rain" made a plastic box to allow using my Sony HX50 in the rain. Love the effect.

Thank you for sharing.

No doubt about it, Michael, sunshine has been in short supply around here lately. Thanks for your comments.

You're welcome. I am intrigued by your "plastic box." Is this box open in front and back or is it more like an underwater housing?

Dixiegirl, I have admired your work from afar on many occasions. Thank you for your kind comments. Based on some of your recent photos, I think your spring is a bit further along than ours. After an unusually wet week here, the forecast is for 2-5 inches of snow this weekend! I hope not too many of our flowers get nipped.

Thanks so much, JM, and you're right about spring on the gulf coast. The tulips here have long gone, and we have to replant the bulbs each year for them to bloom. Still, I wouldn't welcome snow right now, and I hope your flowers survive.

A beautiful set. I especially appreciate #2 with the reflection in the raindrop. Thank you for sharing.

Glad you like them, Corolyn. By the way you are talking to native Nashvillian. I do miss spring in TN.
