I am usually not an HDR guy but tried the new HDR with the latest version of Lightroom CC. I was actually pleasantly surprised by the HBR results except for four issues. The are four areas on sky that I cannot just remove tried several ways but they are still there "minor " but there.
Major issue is thee moon. It looks cool but I think it probable detracts from the photo especially with the bright yellow corner. I do not mind if entire moon was the same tone by do nor know how in LR and have never used photoshop. Any suggestions or help appreciated. I am think skinned so do not hold back....Michael

Not a Photoshop pro here, but you can sandwich an HDR image and a non-HDR image, and then erase out the parts you do not want. . . .
For the moon, you could use the oval selection tool to select the non-HDR moon(for instance), "feather" the edges of the oval, and then erase out everything but the moon you want.If I get home soon, I may do a little trial demo.
I like your image though. As a whole, it looks great. . .but I agree with you regarding the moon.

Looks like a lunar eclipse to me. I vote leave it in.
I very much like the photo, including the moon, well done.
I do not know if my reply made it to you. I was on the train and using a phone. I knew someday Inwould have to learn some Photoshop so it appears that my time has come. Thank you for you help. I will see what I can accomplish.
