I kept the osprey shots a bit dark 'cause I like the clouds :)

Can't believe the water tower redtail hawks had triplets for the second year in a row!

Canon SX50. Thanks for much for viewing.

Great set Linda!!! Gotta love the sx50, do you use a tripod for your shots!?? They are so sharp and clear.
The triplets are adorable, thanks for sharing because I'd never see that near me!!

Outstanding shots once again, Linda. You and that camera were made for each other, lol! Excellent work and much enjoyed seeing these.

Great set Linda, #1 looks as though it is practicing tightrope walking.

Thank you, Angela! I tried a tripod one time at the eagle's nest. Wouldn't you know, mom flew off the nest straight towards me, and landed on the riverbank below. As I tried to get the camera off the tripod, Trixie slipped out of her harness and we were right beside the road. Too scary!

I do get better shots if I can lean against something, like guardrail or car. I also do some editing :)

Thank you very kindly, Randy! So much to see with the superzoom this time of year.

Regarding my SLR and landscapes: the golden hour is getting to be awfully early (and late) way up here at the 47th parallel :)

Thanks! I don't like the tripod either, too many legs to deal with, but I did buy a monopod that I find easier to use.
That had to be scary when Trixie escaped....

Gregory recommended a monopod, was at a great price at the time, which meant it was back ordered at both Adorama and B&H. What brand/model do you have? I'm thinking I should just carry a chair :)

And yes, I learned my lesson re Trixie. Besides the traffic, for a moment I was concerned she was going to be lunch for the eaglets!
