I saw this arrangement of tulips and found them very appealing. Do they have the same effect on others?

Gotta see it in download!
Exposure, Capture of subject bloom within DOF perfect, colors exquisite...but the composition...? Is more a confusion than an aid to the travels of my eye through the image.

jm,
I'd sure like to see your gorgeous tulips get more than only these two comments.

how much more space is available around the image submitted...that assumes you cropped it to present aspect? Right?
Do you have other options?

Dave, thank you for your kind remarks. I do have a bit more space to play with in this photo. I also have a few variations of the way I composed this shot. but I know I am only allowed one photo in this section. Maybe I should post the others in the macro forum.

This really is lovely, JM. I think the DOF you used is very effective, the colors are soft and subtle, and the foreground flower is sharp without being overly so.

I'm pleased you like it Nightski. It's always nice to hear your perspective.
