Good clean work and nice tight crops! Did you shoot any from ground level?

Thank you Ernie - No, I did not... unfortunately. I was actually on a bank in front of the flood wall. Next time we have 'em out, I will. (I wanted to, I have a picture like that already of just ol' red but I wanted one like that of both....)

Ol' Frank Loc: Orlando,

I would like to know more about the car and truck. How restored and to what degree (engine, trans, air conditioning, etc.). I love 'em.

Thanks Tom! It WAS my Dad's car - it's yours truly, now. I bought it off of him. ;)

Thanks. & technically I guess they both are - what's his is mine, anyways... LOL. (Nah, just kidding. His Truck is his. My Car is mine.)

Well Frank - Both are restored quite nicely. The Truck is a 1954 with a 383 Stroker engine, can't remember the trany in it. The bed has new wood too. Paint job was just done a couple years ago. The car is a 1941 - it just has a lil' ol' 355 in it, not sure of the trany in it, either. Hubby's truck sounds way cooler than my car but that's ok. I will have a 383 in mine too in the next couple of years. :). The guy my Dad bought ol Red off of, was the one that chopped it & restored it. Dad just kept it up & now, I will keep up the work on it. My Dad drove it every day for a few years because it was his only car, so it's not a show car. I like it that way - I have been driving it to work about 2 days a week & am really enjoying the hell out of it. ;)
