My Osprey photo was published in the Coeur d' Alene Press newspaper here in North Idaho. The newspaper wanted to publish the best wildlife photos in this area of North Idaho.
No prizes or money was involved, just recognition. They did publish a 8"x10" photo which is fairly large for a newspaper.

Canon 7D Mk2 - Tamron 150-600mm @ 600mm - 1/1000 - f/11 - ISO @ 1600. Distance was about 125-150 feet.

Maybe you could try to get a shot of a bald eagle !! Just Pulling your leg. All your birds of prey shots are spectacular !!

Thank you, Thomas, for your nice comment. If this newspaper still wants wildlife photos this December, then I will submit a Bald Eagle photo to them. This was a very rare occurrence for this newspaper to publish good wildlife photos.

Thank you, Sylvia. This made me happy. This was a very rare event from this newspaper to publish the best of the wildlife photos of our area here in North Idaho.
