Photoshop Menus & Hi Res Monitor

My laptop has a 3200x1800 resolution monitor. I also bought a 26 inch 4K monitor for photo processing. The problem is Adobe products like Lightroom and Photoshop menus don't scale properly. They are so small I can't read them.

Does anyone know how to fix the problem?

If you have not done so, you can change font size in preferences.

Not a good idea. Besides negateing the benefits of the extra cost of a 4K monitor, LED monitors should be run at their native resolution for best performance. Especially in photo/video applications.

Thanks for the tip on changing the font size. I thought of changing the screen resolution but the whole point of spending twice as much for a monitor was to get the hi res when editing photos. Doesn't anyone think Adobe should adapt to the newer monitors? The new laptops are all coming out with the 3200x1800 resolution.
