It is already against the law for a "nutcase" to have a gun! Just like it is against the law to rape someone or go through a red light.

I would like almost all of them eliminated. It is already illegal to k**l, hurt, holdup,rob, beat, or commit any other means of harm to anyone. Unless you are an infant trying to be born, then you are legally fair game!

The Baltimore police should have started using rubber bullets and bean bags. If that didn't work live rounds would. Some of those stores that were destroyed that are part of national chains should be left like they are until the city condemns them and bulldozes them. See how the residents like that. I know this hurts the residents that weren't involved in the violence but they should have better control over the free roaming thugs that just needed an excuse to do the l**ting. When I first turned on the news yesterday a report said seven officers were injured with one unresponsive but there had been no arrests. That's unacceptable. We're in sad shape if the police departments and Nation Guard cannot shut these little gangs of wild thugs down. I would OK the use of lethal force and make it understood that if you are l**ting and burning vehicles you will probably die. :shock:

thats a very noble position, ARTZ But very impractical DO you think a MD or Psychologist is going to break patient confidentiality & identify who they think is a "nutcase"?? can you imagine the legal implications?? I agree with your principle but it aint gonna happen .too many variables...
