Actually, when I was a crane operator in south Florida, the rich hired a crane, crew, lowboy and police detail to arrive at the destination they desired for their high dollar tree and I'm not kidding!
I remember one that we set in Ft. Lauderdale on the intercostal waterway. He broke out the champagne afterwards. You just can't hide money!
Also, I didn't like that palm growing out of the bed either! lol
