I just joined today. Saw this post right away. I may be up to the challenge. This pic is from a couple of years ago. I have some new equipment and plan on some star/planet shots in the near future. See you then!

I don't mean to be rude but we have a "thing" about people "hijacking" a post.
You could have replied to a quote or sent an instant message. Hope you understand. Looking forward to seeing more of your posts and I hope there will be an ongoing thread of the full moon.

Sorry about the "hijacking", I didn't see anything mentioned about that in the member guidelines. Other sites I am on do this to create discussions on apt/f-stop settings, processing techniques, etc. I'll be more careful in the future. Here's hoping for clear skies!

This great Henry we have one more to join the full Moon challenge!:):) I just went out and had clear skies.:) It turned out pretty good too. Take a look and get worried. Well maybe just a little.:):)
