While waiting for more deer to appear....

This is a shot from late last year; the deer are pretty bold here and they come right up to you (within about 20 feet or so) because they know they are going to get fed in the city.

I haven't really seen any yet this spring....still waiting.

That first one is so nice and clear. I have never been able to get close enough to one for that kind of clarity.

Lol..you are correct....this was shot before I bought one...NOW you see why I needed one so badly!! :)

My son has asked me to go on a father\son hunting trip. Me with my camera, him with his rifle. I'm afraid the shutter slap would scare away the deer before he had a chance to shoot though.

Not if you go out right now and buy a Leica M9! They are quiet....but the camera body is about 7000.00 and the lenses are about 1500.00 and up....

Wow!! As soon as I win the lottery I'll run right out and get one. However, I've heard you gotta buy a lottery ticket to win. Guess I'll have to stay with my noisy Sony. lol
